How to use tools to evaluate, measure, and monitor the impact of change initiatives.
As a participant, you will be working on a change initiative of your choice during the structured activities. You will also have access to a sample change initiative if you’d prefer to work on that.

❓What if I’m not able to make the date of the Learning Lab?
All labs are recorded. If you’re a ticket-holder, you will receive access to the video replays. But it’s much better to attend live!
❓What if my plans change and I can no longer make it to a Learning Lab I signed up for?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, all labs are recorded. If you’re a ticket-holder, you will receive access to the video replays.
❓How many people can attend a Learning Lab?
The typical group size is about 30, but the max is 50. If a certain lab sells out, we will consider adding an additional date for the topic.
❓What are the technical requirements for attending a Lab?
The Learning Lab sessions take place via Zoom. You do not need to pay anything to use Zoom as a participant. Zoom works best with the Chrome browser and high-speed Internet.
❓Can I attend with a group of my colleagues or shaer the replay with others in my office?
When you purchase a ticket to the Learning Lab, it is good for one person only. Your ticket is not transferrable. If others would like to attend, they must purchase their own ticket. There is no group discount offered for Learning Labs.
