Meet Chrissy

Chrissy is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and certified Professional Career Manager (PCM). She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University in California and is an ATD certified trainer.

A passionate lifelong learner, Chrissy has received training and earned certification in a wide variety of additional disciplines, including life coaching, copywriting, and nutrition.

Prior to her work in the professional development field, Chrissy worked in banking and financial services (management and administration). She is a proud former executive assistant and continues to have a deep admiration and appreciation for all support roles.

• From 2012 to 2014, served as on-air Career Expert for Denver’s Good Day Colorado morning show
• From 2010 to 2014, served as a contributing Career Expert for U.S. News & World Report
• From 2011 to 206, wrote over 100 articles for the Ivy Exec Executive Insights Blog 
• In 2016, authored 2 of 4 modules in the PACE Certification and became lead trainer for the program
• In 2016, served as emcee of the Administrative Professionals Conference (APC) with over 1600 attendees
• In 2016, published first book, The Proactive Professional 
• In 2019, published second book, The Invisibility Cure
• In 2021, published third book, ELEVATE Admins
• In 2021, served as the final judge for the 3M Admin of the Year Award

• Chrissy has lived in Denver, CO since 2011. She is originally from California and spent a brief few years in Atlanta, GA.
• Chrissy is a step-mom to 2 beautiful young women she has had the honor of helping raise since 2014.
• Chrissy is a proud fur-mama too! She has two very cantankerous cats (Oliver and Cleo), and she misses her beautiful dog (Mollie) who is waiting for her at the rainbow bridge.
• Chrissy is an avid yoga practioner, but she’s not annoying about it.
