The following terms and conditions apply to all affiliate relationships with Chrissy Scivicque (EatYourCareer.com and CCS Ventures, LLC).
- Affiliate is granted permission to sell Chrissy Scivicque’s original products on affiliate’s website(s) and through affiliate’s related business or businesses.
- All original products will retain “Chrissy Scivicque” as author and CCS Ventures, LLC will retain full copyright and ownership. The affiliate is not permitted to use the products in any way.
- The original products included in this affiliate relationship are included in other affiliate relationships as well. There is no exclusive arrangement for any affiliate.
- Affiliates are authorized to use any/all sales copy and images from existing sales pages available on EatYourCareer.com and may change or add to it as needed, provided that information given is accurate and lawful. No “guarantees of success” are allowed.
- All purchases will be completed through the EatYourCareer.com payment processing systems.
- Sales will be completed and products delivered through EatYourCareer.com automated systems. The affiliate will play no part in the sale or delivery of the product.
- Affiliates will earn an affiliate fee on all completed purchases, minus refunds.
- All affiliate fees will be paid quarterly via PayPal deposit.
- A quarterly report will be provided at the time of payment. This will include sales figures but will not disclose purchaser’s private information.
- Commissions are applied on the first purchase of any product when purchased through an affiliate link when a valid cookie is present. Cookies are placed on the visitor’s computer when they first visit an affiliate link and remain there for 30 days. Here are some examples to illustrate how this works:
- Example 1: A visitor clicks an affiliate link to purchase Product A which places a cookie in their Internet browser on their specific machine. If the visitor then purchases Product A in the same browser on the same machine before the affiliate cookie has expired then the commission applies to the first purchase of Product A.
- Example 2: A visitor clicks an affiliate link to purchase Product A which places a cookie in their Internet browser on their specific machine. If the visitor then purchases Product A in a different browser or on a different machine without following an affiliate link (therefore no cookie will be present) then no commission will be applied.
- Example 3: A visitor clicks an affiliate link to purchase Product A which places a cookie on their Internet browser on their specific machine. The visitor does not follow through with purchasing the product right away. Later, if the visitor changes their mind and comes back to purchase Product A after the affiliate cookie has expired (without re-clicking the affiliate link), then no commission will be applied.
- Example 4: A visitor clicks an affiliate link to purchase Product A which places a cookie in their Internet browser on their specific machine. The visitor then purchases Product A. If the visitor then decides to purchase Product B in the same browser on the same machine before the affiliate cookie has expired then the commission will be applied to both purchases.
- Example 5: A visitor clicks an affiliate link to purchase Product A which places a cookie in their Internet browser on their specific machine. The visitor then purchases Product A. If the visitor then decides to purchase Product B in a different browser, on a different machine, or after the affiliate cookie has expired without following another affiliate link (therefore no cookie will be present) then no commission will be applied.
11. Regarding customers who click on multiple affiliate links from different affiliates: The first affiliate link that the customer clicks will store the affiliate’s ID in a cookie and it cannot be overridden from the second link unless the cookie expires, or the customer clears their browser cookies and then clicks on the second link.
