Join us for this month’s free webinar on the topic of “How to Develop Executive Presence (Regardless of Your Role).”
Presence is a tricky topic. It’s one of those things that’s hard to articulate, but you know it when you see it. Some people have a very strong presence: they walk into a room and people take note. Others have a very weak presence: they basically blend into the background.
But what gives someone presence? More importantly, for those of us interested in career development, what gives a person “executive” presence?
Think about an executive you’ve worked with or for…someone whom you really respected; someone who possessed gravitas and exuded a sense of authority and influence. That’s the kind of presence to which I’m referring.
The thing is, you don’t have to be an executive to have that kind of presence (likewise, not all executives actually do have it!). Your presence in the workplace is not dependent on your role. In truth, anyone can have executive presence if they know what they’re doing.
In my work as a career coach and professional development trainer, I’ve spent a lot of time defining executive presence and outlining specific strategies to help professionals at all levels develop their own version of it. In this month’s webinar, I’ll be sharing my work with all of you.
Presence is an often overlooked and underrated element of career success. However, it plays a major role in how people see you and treat you. Ultimately, it has the power to positively (or negatively) impact the career opportunities to which you have access. If you’re looking to develop as a professional, your presence is a critical component you can’t afford to ignore. Don’t miss out on this webinar!
